Surf Fishing at Bowers

Bowers Beach, Delaware

A matched set of obliging fishermen, equally dorky (and no, I’d never talk that way about strangers, these two I know), and willing to show off their catches, keeper and non-keeper. And the Maggie S. Myers again, coming in for the evening. I’m told that’s Thumper’s boat by enough people that it must be true.

And the ugly fish are flounder.

  4. Nothing but flounder and striper, but we’ve only gone surf fishing, usually need a boat for those.
