Bennetts Pier, Milford, Delaware
First time out after a double whammy of back to back nor’easters. We had quite a bit of coastal flooding – road closures and the whole nine yards.
When I got down to the beach, it was almost dead low tide – the tide turned about 45 minutes after I got there. There were several new creeks across between the marsh and the Bay, and several more areas where the water was just running across in a sheet to wherever there was a low spot in the clay “cliffs” closer to the water. It was interesting to see waterfalls on the beach.
