I was ready to paint in the middle of the night on Friday, so I went browsing through my old photos and painted from this old entry. http://lifeontheedges.com/2008/10/13/south-bowers-3/

  3. When it comes to creative arts, (and I’m going out on a limb here), it seems like there is some sort of natural flow. It is something that is unexplainable, but when you get a group of us together, we all recognize it in a way, “like, yeah, that’s exactly right; that’s what happened to me!.” It is a feeling that can’t be put in words, but we’ve all experienced , when something bigger than us, takes over. It is still us, it comes from us, but in a way, it uses what we are, to make whatever it wants, .. become real… . Once experienced, it becomes obvious there is something gigantically huge out there, we’ve all tapped into. Something big or bigger than the universe itself. We can shut it out if we want. But in time, if it is our destiny, it manifests itself in ways we cannot imagine, and only see how it’s been working, when looking back… I know this is total gibberish when it appears in print right now :) , but, if it’s ever hit you, you know exactly what I’m talking about…. Everything HAS it’s time….

  4. I was telling someone last night, I don’t think I realized how much I missed being creative, or having a creative outlet, until I got started again on something new.
