Corn and Irrigation

I was driving north on the highway when I happened to glance over and see this irrigation system gleaming in the sun. I did a u-turn and went down the side road to take a photo, but couldn’t quite capture what I was after. On the other hand, I did like the way this closer-up shot came out.

Country blocks are so much bigger than city blocks, I wasn’t going to chance having my planned one hour walk turn into a 4 hour walk by going in a circle, so I ended up walking out and back instead.
