Port Mahon, Delaware
Single digit wind chills at sunrise, in fact, I took quite a few of these from inside the truck with the window down. The snowy looking stuff is frozen froth and ice.
Donated by Delmarva Power to The Nature Conservancy
Port Mahon Wildlife Area
Delmarva Power donated this 340-acre tract of land to The Nature Conservancy on October 11, 1990. The Nature Conservancy will maintain the site as a productive habitat for migrating shorebirds. This is part of Delmarva Power’s program to protect and enhance the environment on the Delmarva Penninsula.
